Eligibility for Refunds

Errors on Our Part:

  • We will offer a full refund if the product you received is incorrect or defective due to an error on our part. This includes situations such as:
    • Receiving the wrong size, team, or player jersey.
    • Receiving a damaged or defective jersey.

Condition for Refunds:

  • To be eligible for a refund, the jersey must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Request a Refund

Contact Us:

  • Email our customer service team at support@dunkpoint.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the error or defect.

       Review Process:

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
  • If the issue is confirmed to be an error on our part, we will provide instructions for returning the jersey.

Return Shipping:

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping for any errors that are our responsibility. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item.

    Refund Processing

    Inspection:

    • Once we receive the returned jersey, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

    Refund Issuance:

    • If the returned item is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days and a credit will be deposited to your original method of payment.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

      Exclusions:

      • Refunds will not be provided for issues not caused by our error, including:
        • Incorrect size selection by the customer.
        • Change of mind after purchase.
        • Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
